Congratulation Dr. Joel E. Rubin

Dr. Joel E. Rubin's long and illustrious career in theatrical lighting was recently recognized with two significant awards. The 2009 Wally Award named in honor of his friend, Wally Russell, and a special USITT Golden Anniversary Award. He was presented with this award after delivering the 2010 USITT Fellows Address on the occasion of the Institute's 50th anniversary.
