On the initiative of President Victor Yushchenko, “Mystetskyj Arsenal Cultural-Art and Museum Complex,” a central cultural district consisting of several new and existing buildings, will be developed in Kiev. An international competition was conducted to select architect for the new buildings that will house the Center for Ukrainian Music, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Ukrainian Center for Cinema and Screen Arts. In December of 2008 the jury has selected Arata Isozaki & Associates, Tokyo/Japan as the winner of the competition.

Artec provided the Basic Design for Architectural Competition, and participated in the submission review process as expert consultants for Auditorium Design, and Facility Planning.

Artec will provide consulting services for Auditorium Design, Facility Planning, and Specialized Performance Equipment Systems, as well as Noise & Vibration Control in the design process.
