


Nathan Pape is a consultant specializing in acoustics. He earned an Acoustical Engineering and Music B.S.E. from the University of Hartford—developing a background in acoustics, mechanical engineering, and music.
During the course of his studies, Nathan assisted in the renovation of the Berkman Auditorium at the Hartt school of Music in Connecticut and took part in a research internship at RPG Diffusor Systems Inc. He also studied under such jazz luminaries as Nat Reeves, Randy Johnston, René McLean, Steve Davis, Edward Rozie, and Rich Goldstein.
Nathan has been playing music since the age of seven, settling on the guitar at thirteen. He has since played in numerous musical groups that range from jazz to world music and contemporary music. His experience in performance is as invaluable to his work at Artec as his education and engineering skills.
